Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times & Carriers:

• U.S. Orders: Delivered within 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $45.

Order Tracking:
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your package ships. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Incorrect Address or Lost Package:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, reach out to us at mossballpets@gmail.com — we’re happy to help investigate.

Eco-Friendly Packaging:
Our packaging is minimal and planet-friendly, just like our moss ball pets. We strive to reduce waste wherever possible.
