When ordering from us here is what to expect:

Standard Processing Times:

Order processing and custom packaging takes 1-3 days and then the USPS Priority Mail Shipping times take 1-3 days.

This means that it will take approximately 3-8 days to receive your items from the time your order is placed depending on where the weekend lands.

We are delighted to offer shipping across a wide range of states within the United States. Our shipping services extend to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Please note that we currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. International Shipping

At this time we do not ship outside of the United States. This is due to both restrictions on shipping live plants into some countries, and the long shipping times required for international shipping, which can be hazardous to the Moss Ball Pets.

*To qualify for reimbursement of your Moss Ball Pet in the unlikely circumstance that it arrives in poor condition you must submit a photo of the Moss Ball Pet to us within 7 days of Delivery Confirmation. Please submit your photo to us at mossy@mossballpets.com.
